2. Description of Service

Braivo is an AI-powered vocabulary learning platform that provides personalized word lists, AI-generated voice pronunciations, and learning progress tracking. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content tailored to each user's language level, goals, and learning patterns.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the AI models or algorithms
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent
• Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated content from the Service for commercial purposes
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate vocabulary lists, translations, and voice pronunciations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and may contain inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated translations or pronunciations
• AI content should be used as a learning aid, not as a definitive reference for professional translation or interpretation
• We continuously improve our AI systems, and content quality may vary

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Braivo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any custom word lists you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

Braivo offers both free and premium subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Braivo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
